About
Kerrean Campbell
“If I were to choose three words that describe me professionally, they would be: Resilient, Tenacious and Diligent.
These attributes align perfectly with the demands of the construction project management field.
My laughter and sense of humor are a bonus!”
My Story
My journey into the construction industry was purely by chance
I was a young woman with no sense of direction, who found this new world filled with contracts, budgets, schedules and an endless number of acronyms, all built into a pile of chaos. Yet I was crazy enough to remain for two decades. I must admit, I loved every minute of it!
I've worked with some of Massachusetts' construction titans
including Suffolk Construction, Commodore Builders, and Consigli. I’ve also worked on the developer’s side, working on large, complicated projects with the HYM Investment Group. Let’s just say, there aren’t too many people who don’t know “KC” in the industry
I've worn a lot of different hats
I’ve worked in many roles in the construction industry, including Administrative Assistant, Project Administrator, Field Project Administrator, Field Administrator Manager, Compliance Officer, and Assistant Project Manager.
My portfolio includes commercial, residential, educational, and hospitality
I have gathered a ton of knowledge over the years, through the school of hard knocks and on-the-job epiphanies, which allow me to support any size project.
Why stay in the construction industry?
Although it’s tough and stressful, every day in this industry brings new challenges that I see as solving a puzzle with ever-changing pieces. Each project is different, and every team is made of unique people that I enjoy working with.
I take pride in what I do
Through all the chaos, there’s a sense of pride that comes with completing a project and knowing my name is “stamped” on it.
